GGX Labs services are intended for users aged 13 or older. Individuals under 13 are not permitted to create or use a GGX Labs account or otherwise use account-based services.

Users aged 13 through 17 may use the services where permitted by applicable law, but they remain subject to any parental/guardian consent, age verification, child-data, contracting, purchasing, or other safeguards required in their jurisdiction. A self-confirmation of minimum service age does not replace legally required parental/guardian consent or formal age verification.

A minor must not purchase a paid service, enter a recurring subscription, or otherwise create a binding commercial commitment through GGX Labs unless doing so is legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction or the transaction is entered or authorised by a parent, guardian, or other person legally permitted to contract on the minor's behalf. GGX Labs may request additional age, authority, or payment verification where reasonably necessary.

• Use GGX Labs for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or abuse.
• Attack, overload, exploit, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to GGX Labs infrastructure.
• Use credential stuffing, password spraying, phishing, malware, spam, or automated abuse against the platform.
• Bypass rate limits, authentication, CAPTCHA/Turnstile, security controls, access restrictions, or plan limits.
• Use GGX Labs results to facilitate unauthorized intrusion or offensive cyber operations.
• Submit data you do not have the right to provide or process.
• Misrepresent identity, authorization, transaction ownership, or refund/support information.

Account deletion is available from Account Settings for authenticated users. The deletion flow first deactivates the account, signs the user out of active sessions, and provides a 30-day recovery period. The account may be reactivated during that period using the account-recovery verification flow. After the recovery period expires, GGX Labs may permanently remove the account and private account-scoped data within its control.

Deleting an account does not mean that every historical business record is erased. Forge orders, API orders, subscription history, payment records, refund records, purchased-credit ledgers, and other records needed to document or administer transactions may be retained in protected, anonymised, or de-identified form. Such retained financial records are separated from the deleted account's active identity where applicable. Operational credentials, active sessions, API keys, pending authentication records, and connected-account credentials are removed or de-identified through the account-deletion workflow.

Unless the relevant plan says otherwise, cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any service-specific terms.

When an account is deactivated for deletion, GGX Labs attempts to stop applicable active API subscription auto-renewal. Provider-side cancellation and settlement can be subject to the payment provider's systems, timing, and applicable transaction terms. A subscription's historical order and payment records are retained as financial records even after the account itself is permanently deleted.

Delivery schedules may change when customer dependencies or third-party services are delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or materially changed.

For FORGE website projects, the selected package includes the revision allowance shown on the package and checkout. Current packages provide between 1 and 25 included revisions. A revision is one consolidated customer request to adjust the agreed project scope after a preview is available. New pages, features, integrations, or other material work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote. A submitted revision counts against the package allowance, and unused revisions have no cash value or transfer value. Accepting a preview moves the project forward in the delivery workflow.

Except where a written agreement says otherwise, services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Immediate action may be taken when advance notice could increase security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

GGX Labs may issue or maintain a ticket/reference number so the matter can be tracked. Nothing here limits access to a statutory consumer, privacy, payment-network, or regulatory complaint mechanism where available.

This general public policy does not state an exclusive court location because the public repository does not establish a specific legal entity or registered principal place of business. More specific contracts may do so.
