IP Intelligence

Analyze IP address for network and security insights

What is an IP address?

An IP address is a unique identifier assigned to devices connected to the internet. It allows networks to route traffic between servers, computers and mobile devices. Every request sent across the internet contains an IP address that identifies the originating network.

What does an IP lookup reveal?

An IP intelligence lookup reveals network ownership information such as the ASN, internet service provider, approximate geographic location and hostname. Security analysts use IP intelligence to investigate suspicious traffic, identify hosting providers and detect proxy or VPN infrastructure.
